    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Statewide" piece reporting that the state's minimum wage was increased earlier this month from $6.75 to $7 an hour. Despite the hike, some full-time workers may still be below the poverty line. A study released last year by the Maine Center for Economic Policy found that the average living hourly was for a single person in Maine was $10.20 an hour.
