Abstract

In a new initiative, the cruise ship marketing group Discover Portland and Beyond is joining with city representatives and others to provide Maine Mall-bound shuttle buses for crew members of large cruise ships. The crew members, more than 20,000 of whom are scheduled to visit Portland this season, appreciate the opportunity for one-stop shopping.
