Abstract

“Focus Technology” piece on Rogue Industries of Sanford, founded by Michael Lyons as Rogue Wallet in 2005, which makes wallets that are designed to fit in a front pocket in order to prevent back pain, as well as wallets that are designed to prevent identity threat through the use of RFID-blocking technology. More than half of the company’s sales come from their Made in Maine Collection which is produced in Lewiston. Rogue posted $2.6 million in revenues in 2012.
