Abstract
The three-member Public Utilities Commission has proposed to phase out financial incentives designed to encourage customers to install solar panels to their homes or businesses. This proposal is receiving push back from stakeholders, as it is not being addressed through legislation, nor have the various stakeholders been consulted. [image]
