Abstract

A brief summary of a Mainebiz webcast that focused on what reopening after the pandemic shutdown will look like for businesses. Speakers included Jim Erwin of the law firm Pierce Atwood, Catherine Lamson of MEMIC, and Heather Paquette of Hannaford Supermarkets. The speakers touched on the role of OSHA in workplace safety and on open communication about policies. Hannaford, which was open throughout the shutdown, had to change plans 75 times, as it responded to changing needs and guidelines.
