Abstract
Profile of CSC New England, a company that conducts pre-construction inspections. The state's booming construction industry has meant that CSC's client load has increased seven-fold over the past seven years. Banks hire CSC to ensure that developers have the financial footing to start a project and then they monitor how the money is spent. This oversight is crucial because of the high risk nature of commercial real estate lending. With a sidebar that lists some of CSC's recent projects.
