Abstract

A look at the proposed "live-work-play" community of residential, commercial, and recreational features that is planned for The Downs, a new mixed-use development in Scarborough. One major new tenant will be WEX Inc., which signed a deal to have a new facility built near the Scarborough Downs track. The center will accommodate about 1,200 employees.
