Abstract
Matt O'Malia and Josh Henry, co-founders of GO Lab, a company which planned to make wood fiber insulation at the former Madison paper mill, saw their financing fall through with the start of the pandemic. But thanks to Finance Authority of Maine conduit bonding, the company is back on track. The article explains conduit bonding and looks at the challenges of investment in manufacturing in the U.S. GO Lab hired Scott Dionne as chief marketing officer, a key position for ensuring that investors understand how the product will perform.
