Abstract

Sean Rafter, 49, the pilot of the Airmed Skycare Inc. helicopter which crashed in Casco Bay Friday night, is apparently the only survivor of the accident. Douglas Fernald, 70, of Sullivan, the burn victim who was being flown to Maine Medical Center, flight nurse Matthew Jeton and paramedic Douglas MacIntyre are all presumed to have perished.
