Abstract

Justice G. Arthur Brennan yesterday sentenced Glen J. Douglass, 29, of Portland, to 20 years in jail for setting fire to the home of Edward Larrabee in July. Larrabee, a informant in a heroin trafficking case involving Douglass, was at home with his wife at the time of the fire. Douglass maintained that he was only trying to scare Larrabee.
