Abstract

Justice Kermit Lipez yesterday sentenced Steven R. Bennett and Michael J. Maldonado to serve 15 years in prison for the manslaughter of Randal Toler, who who bled to death after being pushed through a plate-glass window. Michael A. Tuck, who started the fight, was sentenced to one year in prison. Details.
