Abstract

A proposal by former governor Joseph E. Brennan to hold a series of pre-primary meetings among the Democratic candidates for governor is receiving little support from the other candidates. Brennan made the suggestion in a letter to Democratic State Chairman James Mitchell, and sent copies to the other candidates.
