Abstract

A project funded with a $75,000 Environmental Protection Agency grant is looking to reduce the amount of stormwater entering Casco Bay through improperly connected roof drains. Portland city workers are using smoke bombs to track improper stormwater drainage connections in the Stroudwater and Munjoy Hill sections of the city.
