Abstract

Corey E. Corbin, a Republican ballot counter, has said that she saw Kenneth Allen, an aide to House Speaker John L. Martin, in the ballot-recount room when no one should have been there. Corbin made the assertion in an affadavit to the state attorney general, who is investigating allegations of ballot tampering.
