Abstract

York County Superior Court justice Leigh Ingalls Saufley on Monday sentenced David Rocheleau, 37, of Wells, to 12 years in prison for vehicular manslaughter in the death of bicyclist Scott Hugo, 32, of Kennebunk. Rocheleau, who had four previous drunken-driving convictions, had a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 at the time of the August 1992 accident. Details.
