Around 200 government officials, businesspeople and representatives of non-profit organizations on Tuesday attended a Maine Consensus Project seminar to help them plan, communicate and carry out decisions. The Maine Consensus Project, founded in 1991, tries to improve public decisionmaking in the state by helping parties work together. Details.
