Abstract

The town of Madison is urging the Public Utilities Commission to reject Central Maine Power Co.'s request to be allowed to participate in a review of Madison's proposal to purchase power from Northeast Utilities of Connecticut. Bangor Hydro-Electric Co., which unsuccessfully bid for the Madison power contract, is also asking to particpate in the review.
