Abstract

The Maine Turnpike Authority will sheath the undersides of six overpasses between Wells and Portland as a precautionary measure against falling debris. The first bridge to be worked on will be the Route 111 overpass in Biddeford, from which a chunk of concrete fell in June, killing Protestant minister Elizabeth Morris, 45.
