Abstract

Jeffrey W. Rumore, 31, a federal fugitive sought by Maine police since 1989, on Thursday was arrested in Florida on theft charges. Rumore once owned Realty Marketing Inc., a Portland-area discount real estate brokerage, but disappeared in July 1989 when he became aware he was being investigated because of his business dealings.
