Abstract

Charles Cahoon, 36, had a house built in Scarborough's Merrill Brook subdivision, but his use of vinyl siding on the structure violated a subdivision covenant and has resulted in a lawsuit by neighbors. Cahoon says the suit has already cost him $20,000 in legal fees, and has soured relations with others in the subdivision. Details.
