Abstract

Charles Foshay, general manager of Regional Waste Systems, will recommend to the RWS board of directors that the agency sell the 262-acre Gorham parcel which was to become the site of a regional landfill and recycling center. The board will consider the issue when it meets Thursday to vote on whether to terminate bulk-waste agreements with member communities. Details.
