Abstract

Two different Santas worked Portland streets yesterday, giving out gifts and $50 bills to children and others. E.J. Kerrigan, 39, of Portland, spent $100 on presents for children and the needy, while the Santa in the white stretch limousine with the $50 bills remains unidentified.
