Abstract

A new electronic bulletin board and mail system called ME-Link is allowing educators around the state to communicate via computer. ME-Link is run by the Maine Center for Educational Resources, a nonprofit clearinghouse for education information. The center recently received federal grants for two toll-free 800 telephone lines for the system. Details.
