Designs Inc. plans to open a second Levi Outlet by Design store in Freeport, to be located in a 16,500-square-foot building across from the entrance to L.L. Bean. The Boulos Co. plans to start construction on the new Freeport Junction building this month, and Design Inc. expects the store to be open by October. Details.
