Abstract

The Maine Coalition Against Rape said that sexual assault cases reported to the state's ten rape crisis centers increased by 31 percent between the first half of 1992 and the same period in 1993. The state Department of Public Safety recently released figures which show rapes reported to police increased 15 percent. Details.
