Abstract

Representatives from Coastal Bank, Casco Northern Bank and Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution yesterday agreed to consider offering low-interest loans to area residents whose wells have high levels of arsenic. The money could be used to eliminate the arsenic problems through the purchase of treatment systems.
