Edie Dubord, 35, of Waterville, and Todd Coffin, 32, of Bath, yesterday were named Maine Runners of the Year by the Maine Track Club. The club also honored Russ Connors of Cape Elizabeth and Christine Snow-Reaser of Old Orchard Beach as the club runners of the year.
