Abstract

Superior Court justice Bruce Chandler has rejected a move by former state Trooper Jeffrey Haas to dismiss a lawsuit brought against him by the family of Pamela Webb, whose body was found in New Hampshire three weeks after her car was abandoned on the Maine Turnpike on July 1, 1989. Haas was patrolling the Turnpike the night Webb disappeared from her vehicle, and was later fired for lying to his superiors about his actions that night. Details.
