Abstract

T-M Corp., a real-estate partnership that owns a run-down 54-room hotel on Moosehead Lake have decided to burn the structure unless someone soon comes its rescue. The owners have been willing to give the hotel to anyone with the means to restore it, but have been unsuccessful in finding a suitable taker. Unless someone undertakes the rehabilitation of the hotel, the partnership has concluded that the 200-acre resort complex would be more marketable without it.
