Abstract

A criminal trespass notice has been served on Joseph Emmons, a former teacher at South Portland's Mahoney Middle School. The notice prevents Emmons, who was recently aquitted in Superior Court on charges of having had unlawful sexual contact with a student, from visiting the school, where his presence is considered disruptive.
