Abstract

The Crotched Mountain Foundation of Greenfield, New Hampshire, plans to build a three-building, 16-apartment complex in the Riverton area of Forest Avenue that would be designed especially for people in wheelchairs -- Crotched Mountain has received a $976,000 federal grant to construct the project and would run it for 20 years -- The construction is contingent upon approval of the Portland Planning Board
