Members of the Congressional Term Limits Coalition delivered more than 65,000 signatures to the office of the Maine Secretary of State yesterday, more than enough to force a referendum on this fall's ballot -- The group paid workers as much as $140 for each signature collected -- Concerned Maine Families, which is trying to force a statewide referendum on municipal gay-rights ordinances, failed in its effort to collect the required number of signatures -- Details
