Creditors yesterday agreed to invest an additional $250,000 in the John Roberts Co in Biddeford, allowing employees to return to work today -- The creditors also agreed on a reorganization plan that calls for the company to sell its building and move into smaller quarters -- That plan could be filed as early as next week, and the company could be out of bankruptcy court as soon as this spring -- Details
