John Roberts Co of Biddeford yesterday filed bankruptcy court documents detailing a reorganization plan under which Apparel Management Group, a new investor group, will receive 70 percent of the company's ownership in exchange for a $200,000 cash investment -- Other parts of the reorganization plan indicate that the company's 120 unsecured investors could receive as little as 18 cents on each dollar owed them, and the Finance Authority of Maine could lose up to $350,000 on an inventory and accounts receivable loan -- Details
