"Pulse" article reporting that Binax Inc is cutting 20 employees by April 1 because it is discontinuing production of certain diagnostic tests -- Two tests that the Portland biotechnology firm produces will be contracted out to a firm founded by former employees of Ventrex Inc -- The cuts will leave Binax with around 45 employees
