Abstract

"Pulse" article reporting that Bear Paw Lumber Co. in Fryeburg sells around $4 million worth of rough-cut lumber annually in England, Belgium and the Far East. The company, with more than 85 employees at five sites, exports such species as red oak, ash and white maple. It recently installed new equipment at a mill in North Waterford and constructed a sorting building in Quebec.
