Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court yesterday rejected a claim by Pine Tree Telephone Co that New England Telephone charged discriminatory rates -- Pine Tree, which serves customers in Gray and New Gloucester, maintained that New England Telephone set its toll costs well above cost in order to subsidize large local calling areas for its customers
