Key Bank of Maine has until March 14 to pay a $62,000 tax bill for Hidden Court, the Cape Elizabeth residence of Robert C and Kimberly A Davis, or the town could take over the $2 million Ocean House Road estate -- The Davises are the town's eighth-largest taxpayers, but have failed to make the tax payments for the past 2 1/2 years -- Citibank holds a $1 million mortgage on the property, and FP & CH Murray Inc of South Portland is owed $273,000 for renovations done in 1989 and 1990 -- Details
