Abstract
Key Bank of Maine yesterday announced that it has agreed to sell four small branches to Bethel Bancorp. The branches in Buckfield and Mechanic Falls will become part of Bethel Bancorp's Bethel Savings Bank subsidiary, while the branches in Richmond and Lisbon Falls will become part of Bethel's Brunswick Federal Savings subsidiary. The four branches have between $8 million and $12 million each in deposits, smaller than the state's industry average. Bethel Bancorp has $195 million in assets.
