Next Friday more than 4,000 LL Bean workers will receive bonuses amounting to 165 percent of their yearly pay, in addition to a 5 percent contribution to their profit sharing plans The Bean employees will share $145 million in bonus money, averaging out to $3,586 per worker -- Bean's bonus, like Unum's, where 4,000 workers last month shared $19 million, is based on the company's previous year's financial performance
