Emina Smajovic, mother of Sanela, 6, and Minela, 8, arrived in Portland yesterday night after a flight from Italy -- Sanela and Minela are being treated at Mid-Maine Medical Center in Waterville for wounds they received in Bosnia last November -- The girls and their father were brought to Maine by Veterans for Peace, a national organization based in Portland
