Abstract

Ed Noyes, a longtime host of WMPG-FM blues programs, hopes to purchase the former Art Gallery Restaurant in Portland and convert it into giant blues club. Noyes said the club will have a full restaurant and will not be limited strictly to blues music. Noyes did not say how much he will pay for the Art Gallery building on 121 Center Street.
