Abstract

South Portland High School Principal Jacqueline G. Soychak yesterday complained to police about the distribution of condoms and educational pamphlets by ACT UP/Portland, an AIDS-prevention group. Some of the pamphlets included pictures of male and female genitalia, and Soychak wanted to know if those distributing the material could be prosecuted for giving pornography to minors. Details.
