Abstract
Justice Kermit V. Lipez has ruled that a 20-minute taped confession made by Scott Prewara the night he was accused of raping a 6-month-old girl can be used as evidence in his upcoming trial. Prewara, 19, is charged with gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and aggravated assault, and although he was a juvenile at the time of the September 24, 1991, incident, he will be tried as an adult.
