Abstract

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court has given Oxford Homes permission to temporarily resume production, ending a four-week shutdown at the Oxford modular home manufacturer. Oxford Homes will resume work on Monday with around 60 employees, compared to the 250 employees who were working when the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in February. Court-appointed trustee Joseph O'Donnell and the company's major lender, Roberts Hackett & Co. of Auburn, reached a compromise about using cash collateral to reopen. Details.
