Abstract

Maine Democrats and Republicans alike are not allowing any of the state Senate races to go uncontested this year. The Democrats currently hold a 20-15 edge in the Senate, leading the Republicans, who are seeking control of either house, to dub this year's Senate campaign "18 or more in '94."
