Abstract

Moulded Fibre Technology Inc. is negotiating a lease with Dead River Properties on roughly a quarter of the vacant 100,000-square-foot Orion Center on Route 1 in Scarborough. The company is currently located in Westbrook, and employs 70 people turning recycled newspaper and office waste into packaging material. The company won top honors last year from the Institute of Packaging Professionals for two packages it designed. Details.
