Abstract

U.S. District Judge Gene Carter yesterday issued a decision that reinstates coverage under the Maine Health Program for the 5,600 participants who lost coverage when funding ran out April 1. Under the terms of the preliminary injunction, the state must review the status of all participants to see if they qualify for Medicaid before it terminates the program. Details.
