Abstract
Portland police are investigating whether Sarina Towle, the 2-year-old girl who was found dead in a Danforth Street apartment on March 25, had been sexually abused. The state medical examiner said the girl's genitals had been bruised, and that there were marks of various ages on her abdomen, chest, arms and legs. Police have made no arrests in the case as yet.
