Abstract

Diane Demos, a resident of Morning Street and owner of a 55-pound dog, has organized "The First Annual April Stools Day," a chance for dog owners in the city's East End to clean up the piles of dog feces that dot the Eastern Promenade. The cleanup will take place on Sunday, and Demos hopes it will show that dog owners who use the area can be considerate of others. Details.
